If you would like to learn about how to provide improved care to the individuals at the centre of your support efforts, it really helps having access to a community and to have mentors.
By becoming a member, you become part of a community where you will have people to answer your more burning questions and perhaps have someone to inspire you and give you ideas, directions and challenges.
By becoming a member :
- You will have access to privileged articles and information by Gráinne Smith and by invited guest contributors.
- You will have access to tools that will help you test yourself & find whether you have everything that you need to provide adequate help & support to individuals.
- You will be able to network and share ideas with others involved in caring and supporting others with conditions which often involve 'challenging' behaviour.
- We plan to regularly add new features for our members too. In particular, we would like to add a discussion forum where you can ask questions to get specific answers, thus helping others to grow as you help yourself.

After much discussion, we decided against supporting the site through advertising. Instead, we are working to build a community of carers working together.
1 year's membership costs £10 (approximately US$16 at June 2009 exchange rates) automatically converted to your own currency at check out.
What's the membership fee for? - to pay for computer and other expenses; enable us to offer a goodwill fee as payment for commissioned 'Guest Vocals'; and donate to trust funds to enable carers to attend interesting and relevant conferences and courses, who would not be otherwise be able to attend due to costs.
2CheckOut.com Inc. (Ohio, USA) is an authorized retailer for
goods and services provided by workingtogethercare.com.
