Page 1 of 5 Depending on the pesonalities of the people involved, within any group living and/or working together in close contact there will be differences of approach, differences of perspective, differences of opinion. This is true for any class of children from an early age - and for the staff teaching them; for a group of soldiers; for a team of athletes; a board of directors for a company; doctors in a department. Each person in that particular group will bring a very personal mix of backgound, experience, beliefs, ideas, training, understanding and so on. When one member of the group changes the whole group will be affected. With even one change in a group adjustments will be made, relationships may be altered.
